Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) Services

Support for Veterans in Home Care Assistance

At Wongaburra Homecare, we are proud to support those who have served our country. Through the Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) program, we help eligible veterans and war widows/widowers maintain their independence and continue living safely in their own homes.

If you are a veteran, war widow or widower and would like to access these services, please contact the Veterans’ Home Care Assessment Agency on 1300 550 450 . The assessment agency will determine your eligibility and assist you in arranging services.

Once you have been approved, you can nominate Wongaburra Homecare as your preferred service provider — we would be honoured to support you. For more information, visit the Veterans’ Home Care program page on the DVA website. Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) | Department of Veterans’ Affairs
